Bring a Cake to be Blessed for Your Mother on Catholic Mothers Day

Laetare Sunday, the Fourth Sunday of Lent, is 10 March 2013.  This is the traditional Catholic Mothers Day.  Prince of Peace will be blessing parishioners’ cakes at the end of Sunday’s 10am Mass.  Please arrive 10 minutes before Mass begins (9.50a) to place your cake on the table at the front of the church.  Contact Lara Pennell (331.3919) if you have questions or would like to arrange to have your cake placed on the table for you.  More information about this wonderful tradition can be found here.
