Lito was born and educated in Manila, Philippines. He traveled to Cleveland, OH in 1972 where he worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Northeast Ohio as Medicare auditor and studied in the evening to earn his MBA at Baldwin Wallace College in 1977. Lito and his family moved to South Carolina in 1986 and was a CFO/CEO of a private hospital until 2002. His divine appointment is aligned with the helpless and poor children living in the streets of Manila. Together with his brothers and sisters they committed sponsoring a child with leukemia and other destitute children needing medical care. For him retirement is not an option. He believes that as we grow older there is much to offer, including wisdom, experience, knowledge, commitment, leadership and many other things of value.
