Catholic Youth Organization

Who we are
The Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) at Prince of Peace is composed of the Junior High Students (Junior CYO) and High School Students of our parish who come together in pursuit of Jesus Christ and a deeper understanding of our Catholic faith.

What we do
Junior CYO (grades 6-8) meets the second Sunday of every month from 4:00-5:30 in Croghan Hall for games, fellowship, and prayer.

CYO (grades 9-12) meets every Sunday from 7-9pm in Croghan Hall for dinner, fellowship, spiritual growth, and much more. Outside of Sunday evening meetings, CYO has two small groups for both young men and young women that meet weekly. CYO serves their parish community and local community with various service projects and takes an annual trip to Kingstree, SC to work with the Felician Sisters at St. Ann’s Outreach Center. The group also gathers for outside events such as bowling, zoo outings, scavenger hunts and many other fun events.
